Reviews
Quite a cute place to eat, food was nice and staff were attentive.
Unfortunately it is definitely on the more pricier side. The decoration of soju caps are lovely addition, however it is incredibly dusty which made us feel quite unpleasant.
At the end of the meal we did not have a chance to ask if there were any desserts as the bill was brought to us without request, so it felt quite rushed.
Great value buffet in the centre of town. We had pork belly, then prawns and the finished with the LA ribs with some generous sides which were all delicious. Just note that you have 1.5 hours from when you sit down to cook and finish your food.
Went to buffet with friends. Food was ok, its better value if you like a lot of meat. Otherwise, the rest of the selection was alright, but not so special and probably better off just doing to a regular restaurant. Others in the group said the same, so I'd say go for the social atmosphere/ experience. Would go again to try upstairs, maybe the variety of food could be better?
Great all you can eat Korean BBQ in central London! Booked in advance for 7 people which was easy enough to do. Lots of options to choose from: meats, seafood, salad and sushi! Everything was very tasty and nicely spiced! Ordered 3 lots of different flavoured soju for the table - my favourite is the grape!
Service was friendly, needed to get the attention of the servers occasionally for changing the cooking paper, or asking about our drinks order.
After an hour and a half they promptly came round with the bill, which is reasonable for the amount we ate and drank! Don't leave any waste as there is an additional charge!
Nice Kbbq with good meet but clearly overpriced. The veg portion was a joke and the no enough considering the price. It is much more convenient to go during the happy hrs when you can enjoys differents bits. Enough staff members on the shop floor but we had to ask severl times for extra garlic before we could get it. As I said an overall nice experience but you feel riped off when you leave as prices are too high for what you get.
Walked in spontaneously, and shared the Korean Military Stew Hotpot amongst two people.
This hotpot was absolutely incredible! We were surprised how flavorful it was. Every bite was absolutely delicious, and we both couldn't help but want more and more!!
The price was perfect split amongst two people for such a delicious and amazing hotpot.
Because of this restaurant, we had a great night out in London!! ☺️☺️ Thank you Jumak 39!!!
I’ve been to quite a few Korean restaurants in the UK and what I like about this place is that it doesn't feel packed. The ceiling is high and the seats are spacious, so unlike other restaurants I went to, it feels a lot more cozy. ( and the smell and smoke from BBQ grills aren’t filling the restaurant)
The food is authentic and decent, I love the non-spicy soup with beef, it was tender and flavoursome 😊
The spicy beef soup on the other hand was very spicy, so I couldn't have the soup itself much. I guess it is good for some and not for those like me.
The only thing was that probably there are too many seats compared to the number of staff. They all seemed very busy and it wasn't easy to get attention from them despite that we were sitting in front of the food counter.
Anyway, the price is also reasonable - over the experience was great 😊
The meat options at the buffet were very limited and definitely not fresh, both me and my partner felt sick after our visit yesterday. The meat also took a long time to cook on the paper, which made the meat very chewy. For 34.99pp plus service charge this was not worth it and I would not recommend.
